About Me:

Jen Vare is our newest Director of Agent Experience. A graduate of Shippensburg University, she received a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. Early in her professional career, Jen taught Kindergarten, but after 13 years moved on to management, leadership & marketing. She started her career in the real estate field at Berkshire Hathaway Home Services Fox & Roach, Realtors in 2017 as a transaction coordinator and office manager. She is also a shift manager at Chap's Taproom. Kiwanis is global organization of volunteers dedicated to improving the world one child and one community at a time, and it is also Jen's passion.  Jen attends and facilitates at leadership conferences, completes hours of volunteer work and raises thousands of dollars for the community thru her involvement with Kiwanis. In August 2022, she joined the KW Blue Bell–Conshohocken office to share her marketing & leadership skills and continue to grow her knowledge in real estate.
