Patrick is in his 19th year as a fully licensed real estate salesperson specializing in helping buyers and sellers with their real estate needs throughout the entire five-county Philadelphia region. Taking a consultative and advisory approach to his business, Patrick always begins any client relationship with an initial consultation to ask questions and find out what the true needs, wants and motivations are for each buyer and seller in order to help them best achieve their goals. A Philadelphia area native and having lived and worked in both the city and suburbs has afforded Patrick the unique skill set of being able to assist clients in both the urban and suburban markets. In addition to serving his own clients Patrick also serves as the Silva Group's Buyer Transaction Manager negotiating inspections and managing all team Buyer transactions from contract up until closing.
